How will I receive my STD test results?

The lab will send your STD results to your medical team at Wisp. Once reviewed, your Wisp provider will send you a secure message in your Patient Dashboard with the results. Your Wisp provider will explain the test results and explain your treatment options. If you have positive results, they will send medication to your local pharmacy for same-day pick up. 

Please note, if you choose to pick up medication at a local pharmacy, some local pharmacies charge an additional co-pay at the time of pick up. You can use your insurance to cover that local pharmacy's additional fee. Be sure to check out our Coupons page for pharmacy-specific discounts.
