After ordering and receiving your kit, it’s a simple process:

1) create a TBD account and register your kit,

2) collect your urine sample (instructions are included inside the kit and can also be found here,

3) ship your samples to TBD’s partner lab using the prepaid shipping label included in your kit.

In just a few days, your results will be available to review online and your TBD clinician will be available to answer any questions you may have and can provide a prescription if appropriate. The results consultation is provided at no additional charge.
