Why was my card charged during checkout?

During checkout, we place a temporary hold on your card—just like a hotel might do when you book a room. This is not an actual charge.

You will only be charged after you complete your medical forms and a provider has reviewed your information and determines we can safely and appropriately treat you through our platform.

If the provider decides that care should be delivered in person or that we’re unable to treat you, the hold is automatically released and you will not be charged.
