What happens if I miss the pharmacist's call for my Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Wegovy delivery?

When your prescription is ready, Group Medical, will call and email you. If we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up every two business days. If we still can’t reach you, we’ll ship to the address on file as a backup.
