One of the great things about Wisp is how quickly our doctors review medical information. Because this process is so fast, patients often don’t have the chance to update their pharmacy details. If you need to change pharmacies, please contact your new pharmacy directly. They will take care of transferring your prescription by coordinating with your previous pharmacy.

Just a heads-up: if you choose to pick up medication from a local pharmacy, some local pharmacies may charge an additional fee for the medication. This is separate from your Wisp consult and prescription fees. When picking up, you can ask if your Wispcount GoodRx card discount applies. The pharmacist can also check your insurance coverage.
