I just placed my order, can I update my local pharmacy?

One of the best things about Wisp is how quickly doctors review medical information. Since this process is so fast, patients are not able to update their pharmacy information. If you need to change pharmacies, please contact Customer Support at support@hellowisp.com and we will update your information or transfer your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Please note, if you choose to pick up medication at a local pharmacy, some local pharmacies charge an additional co-pay at the time of pick up. You can use your insurance to cover that local pharmacy's additional fee. Be sure to check out our Coupons page for pharmacy-specific discounts.
