A U.S.-licensed physician will follow up within 24 hours via phone or secure chat and write a prescription when safe and appropriate. For certain services (such as Weight Care, Anemia, or Menopause), responses may take up to 72 hours.

You’ll receive an email notification when a new message is available in your Patient Dashboard.

Pharmacy pickup timing

Once your prescription is sent, local pharmacy processing times vary based on their workflow and inventory. We recommend calling your pharmacy directly to confirm when it will be ready.

Pharmacy fees & discounts

Some local pharmacies may charge an additional fee for the medication. This is separate from your Wisp consult and prescription fees. At pickup, you can ask if your Wisp GoodRx discount card applies, and the pharmacist can also check your insurance coverage.
