Can I change local pharmacies or switch to delivery?

Yes, most of the time we can assist with that! If you need to change pharmacies after you've ordered, please contact Customer Support at support@hellowisp.com and we will update your information or transfer your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Please note, if you choose to pick up medication at a local pharmacy, some local pharmacies charge an additional co-pay at the time of pick up. You can use your insurance to cover that local pharmacy's additional fee. Be sure to check out our Coupons page for pharmacy-specific discounts.
