When can I expect to hear from a clinician?

You can expect to hear from a clinician within 24 hours. Our clinicians communicate through the secure message system in your Patient Dashboard. You will be notified via email when there is a message waiting for you in your Patient Dashboard. 

Please note that during holidays & weekends, it may take up to 24 hours to receive a response.
