When can I expect to hear from a clinician?

You can usually expect to hear from a clinician within 1 business day. Certain services, like Weight care, Anemia or Menopause, may take up to 72 hours to receive a response. Our clinicians communicate through the secure message system in your Patient Dashboard, and you’ll get an email notification when a message is waiting.

Please note that during holidays and weekends, responses may take longer.
