When Will I Hear From a Clinician?

You can usually expect to hear from a clinician within 1 business day. For certain services, like Weight Care, Anemia, or Menopause, responses may take up to 72 hours.

Clinicians communicate through the secure message system in your Patient Dashboard, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as a message is waiting for you.

Please note: During holidays and weekends, responses may take a little longer.
