How does Wisp work?

1. Choose Your Meds

Decide what's right for you and complete a quick (private) medical form. Select a one-time or recurring-subscription plan. If you need help choosing your meds, please take our Symptoms Quiz.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure of what medication to choose! A provider will review your information and make sure the treatment is appropriate for your condition.

2. Our Providers Review

A U.S. licensed physician will follow up within 24 hours via phone or secure chat and write a prescription when safe and appropriate. For certain services, such as Weight Care, Anemia, or Menopause, responses may take up to 72 hours. You’ll receive an email alerting you when a new message is available in your Patient Dashboard’s secure message center

3. Free Delivery | Same day Pickup

Meds ship FREE to your home in discreet packaging, or you can pick them up same-day at a local pharmacy.

Some local pharmacies may charge an additional fee for the medication. This is separate from your Wisp consult and prescription fees. When picking up, you can ask if your Wispcount GoodRx card discount applies. The pharmacist can also check your insurance coverage.

Please note that any compounded medications (creams) or over the counter medication will need to be delivered from our online pharmacy. These medications are made specifically for Wisp and can’t be provided at local pharmacies.
