How does Wisp work?

1. Choose Your Meds

Decide what's right for you and complete a quick (private) medical form. Select a one-time or recurring-subscription plan. If you need help choosing your meds, please take our Symptoms Quiz.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure of what medication to choose! A provider will review your information and make sure the treatment is appropriate for your condition.

2. Our Providers Review

Within 24 hours, a U.S. licensed physician will follow up by phone or secure chat and write a prescription (when safe and appropriate). Expect to hear from your provider within 24 hours through our secure message center. You will receive an email alerting you that you’ve received a new message in the secure message center of your Patient Dashboard.

3. Free Delivery | Same day Pickup

Meds ship FREE to your home in discreet packaging, or you can pick them up same-day at a local pharmacy. Some local pharmacies charge an additional co-pay at the time of pick up. Be sure to check out our Coupons page for pharmacy-specific discounts. Please note that any compounded medications (creams) or over the counter medication will need to be delivered from our online pharmacy. These medications are made specifically for Wisp and can’t be provided at local pharmacies.
