Why do you need a photo ID?

We need to verify your identity before a US licensed physician can prescribe medication. A state ID, passport, or Driver's License are the most commonly used options, but we will accept any government-issued ID that has your name, your date of birth, and your photo present.

You will be asked to verify your identity through our third-party partner, Persona, by uploading a photo of your identification and taking a selfie. If you run into any difficulty verifying your identity, please reach out to support@hellowisp.com.
