I would like to cancel my subscription

In the event that you no longer want or need your subscription, you may cancel your subscription by logging into your Wisp Account and accessing the My Profile section.

You may also contact Wisp at support@hellowisp.com with a minimum 48 hours notice prior to your next scheduled renewal. The next date of your renewal is available to you through your Wisp Account under the Subscriptions section.

Requests for cancellations that are received with less than 48 hours notice to the date of renewal will not be honored.
