Refunds
All sales and payments are final and not subject to refund.
If you are dissatisfied with any Wisp products or deliveries, you may fill out
this form and our team will assist.
In the event you are unable to submit the above form, you may submit by email to “support@hellowisp.com” and clearly state the following in the text of the email:
- the date and approximate time of the subject transaction;
- a detailed explanation of the issue
- the monetary amount of the subject transaction you believe is subject to a refund or replacement;
- your name, street address, city, state, zip code and email address
Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and service offerings, Wisp does not accept returns. Should you need to dispose of medications that you ordered and received but that you no longer need, please follow the instructions posted by the FDA here:
